Solving Wilson Database Access Problems
If you encounter difficulties using any of the Wilson databases, you may need to clear your web browser’s cache. To do this, follow the steps below:
In Internet Explorer:
Open Tools

Open Internet Options

Choose Delete
Delete Browsing history will pop up.

Choose Delete all (cookies, files, etc.), then OK
In Mozilla Firefox:
